Shri Lourembam Bikram was born on 22.01.1982 and he completed his graduation and post-graduation in Physics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University in 2002 and 2004 respectively. He joined the Manipur Civil Service in 2007 and was inducted into the IAS in 2019 with the allotment year 2015. He joined as Deputy Commissioner, Bishnupur District on 08-01-2022. Prior to that, he was serving in various capacities under the State Government including Deputy Commissioner in Tengnoupal District, Director (Trade, Commerce & Industries), Director (Vigilance & Anti-Corruption), Director (Treasuries & Accounts), etc.
